HOW
TO ORDER

Call
us during normal business hours (800)
280-9566 (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday to place
an order. We are not
an e-commerce site, so you have to call us to
order from us (we do not bite). You do not
have to wait through a long recording, or listen
to an automated operator, you will
reach a live body. If you are calling
after hours, please make sure you leave a
message and someone will
return the call. If you wish, you can send
us an Email
then we will either return the email, or call
you if we need further information. Let us know
the part number or product you wish to purchase
and the quantity.

We
accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover or
American Express. We can also accept
check, money order, certified bank check, or
wire transfer, but we will NOT
ship any product until payment has been received.
DO NOT SEND credit
card numbers over the internet via Email.
We do our best to protect your card numbers and
we do not give out customer information for any
reason.

If
you wish, we can calculate all costs and call
you with a final total before you make your
purchase. If product is not in
stock, we will give you an estimate of delivery
time and shipping cost. Prices
listed on our site are for the products only
and do not include
freight costs. We
normally ship orders via UPS ground, therefore
we are quoting UPS ground charges. If
requested, we can also ship United States Postal
service standard or priority, Fedex, or DHL.
In that case, shipping collect is preferred for
courier shipments (UPS, Fedex, or DHL), and an
account number is needed. If product is in stock we
will usually ship the same day or next business day.
All
orders are assessed with a $3.00 handling fee to
cover packaging costs.
